These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between m71 and every player who accesses or uses the m71 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on m71, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Requirement
m71 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over. Account registration, deposits, and gameplay are all prohibited for anyone under the age of 18. Age verification is carried out during KYC.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active m71 account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these terms and will result in suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses at m71 are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
Account Security
Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. m71 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account password and OTP codes.
Own Account Transactions
Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and m71 ("m71", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the m71 website located at https://m71.today and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered thereon.
By accessing the m71 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the service, you ir revocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the m71 platform.
m71 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date shown in the header of this document. Continued use of the m71 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and maintain an account on m71 and to access any real-money gaming or betting feature, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. m71 is strictly an 18+ platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited. m71 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the player is found to be under 18, with all associated balances forfeited.
- You are accessing m71 voluntarily and entirely of your own free will.
- You are acting as an individual private person and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
- You are not prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify that participation is lawful in your location before registering.
- You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or affiliate of m71, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by m71 from the platform.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion register or problem gambling list that would prohibit your access to online gambling services.
Age Verification
m71 employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the age and identity of all players. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued identification. m71 may suspend access to withdrawals and certain features pending completion of age and identity verification.
Underage Gambling Prevention

3 Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) account on m71. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, m71 will close all accounts other than the first registered, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held in the closed duplicate accounts will be forfeited without compensation.
When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. m71 is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain up-to-date account information.
Account Security & Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m71 account credentials, including your password, PIN, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. m71 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
Any activity that occurs under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. m71 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify m71 immediately by contacting [email protected] or via live chat.
KYC Verification
m71 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practice. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time m71 deems appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by m71 may result in suspension of account features, including withdrawal access.
m71 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the m71 platform. We also support SMS OTP two-factor authentication to provide an additional layer of security on your account.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
m71 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice. All account transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your m71 account in real time upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. m71 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile banking or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed to the originating account.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within two (2) hours of submission during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with m71 support. m71 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large or where account activity has triggered an AML review.
Bonus Funds & Withdrawals
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion's terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been satisfied. Where a player attempts to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, m71 reserves the right to deduct outstanding bonus amounts and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile banking provider or bank in respect of a deposit to m71 that you authorised constitutes a material breach of these Terms. m71 reserves the right to suspend your account, pursue recovery of disputed amounts, and report the matter to relevant financial authorities in the event of a fraudulent chargeback.
5 Bonus & Promotional Terms
m71 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or employing low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — is strictly prohibited.
- Each promotion is available once per eligible player, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- m71 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses have an expiry date, after which any unclaimed or unwagered bonus funds will be forfeited. Expiry dates are specified in each promotion's terms.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an m71 account are not eligible for welcome bonuses.
- m71 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses at m71 carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal is permitted). Different game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the m71 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a manner that does not harm m71, its employees, or other users of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Fraud and Dishonesty: Using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods; providing false personal information during registration or KYC; impersonating another individual or entity.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players, particularly in live dealer or poker-style games, in any manner that provides an unfair advantage.
- Cheating and Exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, exploits, or any automated means to interact with the m71 platform; exploiting bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities in a manner that generates unintended gains.
- Money Laundering: Using the m71 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose. m71 is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
- Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses and promotions in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour, including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds.
- Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language toward m71 staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the m71 platform, including other players' accounts or internal systems.
m71 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations. Where a breach is confirmed or reasonably suspected, m71 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or terminate your account; void any wagers or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct; withhold or forfeit any balance held in your account; and/or report the matter to law enforcement or financial authorities.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Closure at Player Request
You may request to close your m71 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, m71 will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) to your registered payment method before closing the account. Account closure typically takes effect within three (3) business days of the confirmed request.
Suspension or Closure by m71
m71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without providing reasons, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; sustained inactivity; or where continued operation of the account would expose m71 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account (including both real-money funds and bonus funds) may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. m71 will attempt to notify the player by email or SMS before applying any inactivity fee or closing the account. Any inactivity fee applicable will be clearly communicated in the notification.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the m71 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through account settings or by contacting [email protected]. 8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m71 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the m71 platform, even if m71 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
m71's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your m71 account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
m71 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While m71 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, temporary downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may occur.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, m71's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law in that jurisdiction.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through m71's internal complaints process should be directed to [email protected] in the first instance. m71 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with m71's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and m71 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
